Eastlakes Ceiling Repair

In this project, the ceiling’s support timbers were spaced too far apart, causing the gyprock to bow. To address this, we removed any compromised gyprock, reinforced the affected areas with additional framing for enhanced support, then re-sheeted, set, and painted the entire ceiling for a smooth finish. We also replaced the outdated IXL unit with a modern slim-line exhaust fan for improved functionality and aesthetics.
